Part 1: Institutional Capture
Canadian institutions have been systematically captured by the interests they were designed to constrain. The 13-layer architecture documents how: global financial networks produce political leadership (Goldman→PM). Military leadership is removed (Norman, 3 CDS). Courts rule too late (2-year delay). Crown corporations operate outside oversight ($400B+). Regulators serve industry (CRTC/CER/OSFI). Media is captured ($1.4B CBC). Whistleblowers are destroyed (0 prosecutions). 10 oversight bodies. 0 enforcement.
Part 2: Sovereignty Surrendered
Canadian sovereignty has been surrendered across 10 dimensions: can't make medicine (80% APIs foreign), can't patrol Arctic (2 icebreakers), can't sell energy to alternatives (97% to US), can't store data domestically (CLOUD Act), can't equip military (decades late), can't manufacture chips (zero fabs), depends on one trade partner (75%). A nation that cannot enforce its claims is not sovereign.
Part 3: Population Capture
Every Canadian is both victim and financial hostage. Your pension ($2T+) is invested in the system's continuation. Your housing depends on rising prices you can't afford. Your taxes (53% marginal) pay $47B+ annual interest to bondholders. Immigrants are imported to sustain the system. When they break, they're fed into the MAID pipeline — 76,475 dead, ~97,764 estimated. Reform threatens your retirement. The system is designed so that fixing it hurts everyone who depends on it.
The System Is Self-Reinforcing by Design
Institutional capture produces sovereignty failure. Sovereignty failure produces dependence. Dependence produces population capture. Population capture prevents reform. Reform would reduce borrowing → reduce bond yields → reduce pension returns → threaten every Canadian's retirement. You cannot reform the system without threatening the retirement savings of the people it harms. That is the architecture.
