The Sovereignty Test

A sovereign nation can: make essential goods, patrol borders, sell to alternative markets, control its data, equip its military, and hold its government accountable.

Canada fails every test. Each failure is the product of policy choices made by captured institutions. Sovereignty requires capability. Capability requires institutions that serve the public interest. The institutions are captured. Sovereignty is fiction.
