Evidence on this site is restricted to primary source records as defined in AGENTS.md section 5. This includes Hansard transcripts, Canada Gazette Orders in Council, and Ethics Commissioner reports. Judicial evidence includes Supreme Court decisions, appellate rulings, and investigative journalism verifying court proceedings. Public health data is sourced from government dashboards, and legal citations refer to the Criminal Code. These categories constitute the verification standard for every archival claim recorded in the TENET5 investigation.
Every data file on this site falls into one of three categories: GOVERNMENT SOURCE (downloaded directly from a government database), DERIVED (computed from government source data by TENET5's algorithms), or OSINT (collected from public news sources, court records, and parliamentary testimony). No data is fabricated, estimated, or assumed. If a number appears on this site, it has a traceable path to a verifiable source.
