Treasury inversion. Global Affairs Canada (8 May 2026): over $25.5 billion committed to Ukraine. CSC food at $5.41–$6.90 per inmate per day is on the order of $35 million a year for the whole federal tray. Rome Statute Article 7(2)(b) is the food clause Canada implemented in the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Geneva III Article 26 is the results floor Canada signed for captured enemy soldiers. CAF Rule 6 is how it trains troops to meet that floor. The same Treasury will not spend on the order of $60 million a year to meet it for a Canadian on remand. That arithmetic is the lawful-excuse killer on the kitchen 504 and the capacity half of this five-act case. Full file: nutrition notice §05 · master s.504.
