Two hallucinations caught and corrected (2026-04-18)
TENET5 uses LIRIL to draft some campaign letter bodies. Two early- round LIRIL-drafted claims were factually incorrect and have been corrected:
- CSC letter: "exceeding CAD 60 billion" (outdated) → "exceeding CAD 77 billion (2021 PBO headline)". Commit

metadata field in data/grover_target_campaigns.json with
original error, corrected value, detection method, and timestamp.
Pre-commit gate (tools/liril_commit_gate.py) now
