Skip the framing. The 504 Database is the named-record core — every entry sourced to a court ruling, AG report, Hansard division, Ethics Commissioner finding, or commission transcript. Designed for direct citizen action under Criminal Code s.504.
What this site is.
TENET5 is a war-crimes evidence dossier against the captured Canadian state. It is not commentary, not opinion, and not partisan. It documents two threads of the same record:
- Systemic genocide of Canadians under UN Convention Article II — mapped element-by-element to government data (76,475 MAID deaths through Dec 2024; Article II(a) anchor).
- Canadian state funding of an Israeli-tier defence pipeline now feeding the Ukraine theatre while domestic life-conditions collapse at home ($13.3B+ to Ukraine; $229M+ to Israel during the announced "pause"; Bill C-233 defeated 22–295).

Ground rules — every page on this site
- Every claim has a source. Government records, court rulings, commission transcripts, peer-reviewed research, registered statutes. No anonymous sources.
- APA-style citations on every page. The bibliography across the whole dossier is at argument-sources.html.
- No paid op-eds, no social-media chatter. The methodology rules are at methodology-transparency.html.
- Built so a citizen, a journalist, or a juror can verify it. Each link works. Each statute is reachable on laws-lois.justice.gc.ca.
- Citizen-actionable. The end of every path is the same: file-504.html — your right to lay a private information under Canadian Criminal Code s.504.

The Canadian state has the means to keep its own citizens alive and chooses not to. The pattern of choice is what the UN Convention calls intent. The choices are public. The numbers are public. The sources are public. We just put them in order.
