Corrections + source additions
Open an issue on the public GitHub repository. The repo is at github.com/tenet-5/tenet-5.github.io/issues. Include the URL of the page, the specific claim or sentence that is wrong or out of date, and a link to the primary source that supports the correction. The site is built from the same repository — fixing it in the open is the intentional design.
Citizens with prosecution-relevant information
If you have evidence that should be in front of a court rather than in a journalist's inbox, the file s.504 page walks through the Criminal Code section 504 private-prosecution pathway. The 504 database is the working record of named individuals against whom a citizen-laid information could be brought.
Journalists
The press kit page contains the dossier summary, key statistics with primary-source citations, the legal frame (UN Convention Article II + Rome Statute Articles 6/7/25), and contact for the citizen who built the dossier. The press kit is intended to be quoted and republished — every figure on it is independently verifiable.
Political staff / MPs / parliamentary committees
The MP accountability grid is the working record of votes, committee appearances, and disclosure history per Member. The one-pager is the printable version designed to be handed across a constituency-office desk in person.
Researchers / academics / lawyers
The methodology page documents how every figure on this site is derived; the genocide-evidence page is the legal-analysis spine; the dolus specialis page covers the specific-intent inference framework. Every cited tribunal judgment is independently retrievable from the IRMCT (ICTR/ICTY) and ICJ public archives at no charge.
Whistleblowers and protected disclosures
This site is not a secure intake channel. Do not email documents to anyone associated with the dossier. The right channel for protected disclosures in Canada is the Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner; for journalist contact, go through the press kit and use whatever Signal / SecureDrop channel that publication operates. Material the citizen- built site cannot legally hold should not be sent to the citizen-built site.
What this site is not
Not social media. Not a comments platform. Not a tip line. Not a fundraising page. Not a newsletter. Not anonymous. The operator's identity is on the about page in the open because that is what citizen-built investigative work requires under Criminal Code section 504: the laying of an information by a named individual.
Operator
The dossier is built and maintained by Daniel Perry, a Canadian Forces combat veteran (Afghanistan). Operator detail is on the about page. The site has no other operators, no staff, and no editorial board.
