Human Rights Commissions & Tribunals
Federal and provincial/territorial human rights bodies in Canada. Each row links to the body's primary public domain. Every URL on this page was HEAD-probed and recorded with its HTTP status in var/cap219_hrc_probe.jsonl at the time of publication. No editorial tagging on this page — capture, conflict, and conduct findings live elsewhere in the site (see accountability.html).
Probe log: cap219_hrc_probe.jsonl · Last verified: 2026-04-27
Contract (M14, M15, M18, M19). Every URL below was probed before publication and returned an HTTP success status — see the probe log. M14: If a row's primary URL fails verification on a future scheduled probe, the row will be removed, not silently rewritten or substituted. M19: No row carries an editorial label such as "captured", "compromised", or "credible". Where a body's mandate, structure, or recent record warrants scrutiny, that analysis lives on the linked deep-dive pages, not in this registry. M18: No third-party trackers, no analytics, no remote fonts beyond what the rest of the site loads. Network at runtime: header/footer frames only.

Notes
- Coverage scope. This page lists statutory human rights commissions and tribunals only. Federal sectoral bodies that adjudicate discrimination claims under their own statutes (e.g. Canadian Industrial Relations Board for federally-regulated workplaces, Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board) are out of scope here.
- Acronyms. Bilingual federal acronyms are shown with the English form first followed by the French form (e.g.
CHRC · CCDP). - Statute citations. Citations refer to the consolidated statute in force at publication. Where a body's enabling Act has been replaced (e.g. Saskatchewan's 2018 recodification), the current statute is cited.
- Editorial silence. Per M19 this page does not flag bodies as captured, conflicted, or otherwise compromised. Cross-references to oversight findings and complainant-experience data live on dedicated deep-dive pages and are deliberately omitted here.
Right of reply. If you represent a listed body and wish to submit a correction (acronym, statute citation, primary URL, or factual descriptor), contact corrections@tenet-5. Verified corrections are appended within 72 hours and the Last verified stamp updates.
