Institutional capture is when the people who are supposed to regulate an industry instead serve that industry's interests. In Canada, it has gone further:

The Commissioner of Lobbying exempted CIJA from gift limits for sponsored trips to Israel
The PM holds $6.8M in Brookfield options while cutting FINTRAC 12%
The Bank of Canada is led by someone who came from Goldman Sachs via the Bank of England
7 of 8 major pension funds route through offshore tax havens
The WEF has more access to Canadian policy-makers than Canadian voters

The institutions look Canadian. The policy is foreign.

STOP LOOKING FOR SPIES

Vector 1: China — Hogue Commission confirmed interference in 2019 and 2021 elections. Undeclared police stations. Diaspora intimidation. Being investigated.

Vector 2: India — Nijjar assassination. Three Indian nationals charged with first-degree murder. Extrajudicial operations on Canadian soil. Being investigated.

Vector 3: Global Financial Pipeline — Goldman Sachs → WEF → Brookfield → PMO. $1 trillion offshore. FINTRAC defunded. Not being investigated.

All three are real. All three are priority vectors. The third one operates in plain sight:

Through the World Economic Forum — annual policy coordination in Davos
Through Brookfield — $1 trillion managing Canadian pension offshore
Through Goldman Sachs alumni networks in central banking
Through CIJA lobbying — 56% of all MPs contacted
Through BlackRock — largest asset manager on earth influencing Canadian policy

They do not need to spy. They have seats at the table. All three vectors need investigation. Only two are getting it.
